Elizabeth was very patient with us trying to find our perfect home. Don’t get me wrong, most realtors are mainly after a sale, as it is their job. Elizabeth isn’t at all after the sale, her main concern is helping you find the right house for you and your family without you breaking the bank or being put in financial difficulties just to close out a deal. With that said. Recommended A++++++

Elizabeth went far above and beyond in my home search. I was trying to decide which neighborhood to live in, and she was happy to go on several trips to identify the right one, and didn’t make me feel bad at all that it took awhile to find the perfect home.
Every house, she had amazing ideas to spruce it up or decorate. She’s positive, kind, creative, and friendly.

Elizabeth is simply incredible.
She was recommended to me by a close friend, I was deciding between a few different options and I chose Elizabeth because I felt early on that I could trust her to help me with the process of purchasing my first home. I'm so glad I did. The process of buying a home can be overwhelming, frustrating, stressful, and confusing. Elizabeth made me feel like I had an ace up my sleeve every step of the way. She knows the process thoroughly, she understands the market, and she knows a good deal when she sees it. As a first time buyer, there was so much that I felt unsure about - Elizabeth was patient and helped me figure out what I did and didn't like. She created sample images to help me decide on a style for renovation, and then created a document detailing the style and list of desired renovations to help me get quotes from contractors. She had excellent recommendations for reliable folks to help me along the way.
It always felt like I had such an awesome advisor on my side, even when I wanted to try things that she thought wouldn't work, like when I made a low-ball offer on one home that I felt was overpriced. She was right, it didn't work - but she cheerfully helped me try it anyway.
She was always 100% responsive, communicative, and professional. Beyond professional - every time we'd chat or meet up to view homes she was cheerful and excited about the process.
After closing on the right home, the listing agent told me that Elizabeth was so professional and pleasant to work with, that the seller chose to take my offer over another one not based on price, but because Elizabeth was so organized and easy to work with.
It's clear to me now that she just truly enjoys understanding the real estate market in LA and helping people find the right home. Honestly if you're reading this you should just stop searching for an agent and call her. If she has the time to take on more clients, you should use Elizabeth Deo. I recommend her without hesitation.
